However, as these are personal care products, it would not be possible for us to accept return/exchange due to hygiene & safety concerns.

In case of product feedback and/or complaints we will only entertain those received by the original customer (via registered email used to make the said purchase) who purchased the product. Third party feedback and/ or complaints will not be entertained.

All orders received till 12.30pm IST are shipped the same day. Orders received AFTER 12.30pm IST are shipped on the next business/working day.

Order cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you do wish to cancel your order after it is shipped from our warehouse, you will be charged a return shipping fee so that our courier partner can return your order to us.

Address change is not possible once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you do wish to update your address after your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be charged an address change fee (charged by our courier partner) to update the address and re-route the order. In case of address change, there will be a delay in the delivery and we cannot commit the exact date of delivery to the new address.

During sales, promotions or uncertain scenarios (such as COVID-19), special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

I have received a damaged or wrong product in my order, what should I do?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check before they are shipped. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement if notified within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. How to initiate your replacement request if you have received an item in a damaged condition or have been sent a wrong product?

Please contact our Customer Support team via email listed above within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging.

Customers will need to pay for the return shipments. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a delivery error

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement is unavailable, we will refund you the full amount (minus shipping & handling charges) as store credit.

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

Once approved by our team, we provide the hassle-free option of refund amount (less shipping & handling charges) through store credit or to the original mode of payment depending on the nature of the purchase. This will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Refunds for all purchases made during a sale/offer/discount/promotion will only be made via store credit.

We reserve the right to not honor return/refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent and the decision of Vya Naturals (Vana Cosmceutical & Action Research Pvt Ltd) will be final & binding.

I don't like the FREE gift or bonus product that I have received with my order. Can I replace the free gift with something else or get a refund for it?

No. The FREE gift cannot be exchanged. All FREE gifts are added at the time of shipping as per availability. If you don't like your FREE gift, you can always share it with your friends or family. We also do not offer any refunds for the FREE gift as no money was paid for this product by the customer.

Do I have to return the free gift or bonus product when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
