By participating in any of our Offers/Giveaways hosted by Vya Naturals (Vana Cosmeceutical & Action Research Pvt Ltd), either on our website (www.vyanaturals.com), e-mailers or our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube or Pinterest) you confirm that you have read & agreed to the below rules and regulations:

• Offers/Giveaways are open to Indian residents (18 years or older) only.
• Multiple submissions are not allowed
• Multiple quantities in any offer/sale will result in cancellation
• No gift product will be sent If two entries have either same address, email or mobile number
• While we try and give maximum shelf life for products included in offers and giveaways, we cannot guarantee a minimum shelf life. Shelf life of some products may be six months or less
• No exchanges or refunds would be entertained for an item purchased/received in an Offer/Giveaway
• In case you have received an expired product, please refer to our Return Policy
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Vya Naturals (Vana Cosmeceutical & Action Research Pvt Ltd) will be final & binding
• Vya Naturals may send you marketing communication via SMS, Whatsapp or e-mail using the details entered at the time of offer/giveaway
• All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only
